The farmhouse is situated within the Yorkshire Dales in Keasden, 2.5 miles away from the village of Clapham, 7 miles from Settle and 18 miles from the market town of Skipton.

The location of the farmhouse is very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by outstanding scenic views over the Yorkshire Dales, Keasden Beck is nearby where walks and picnics can be enjoyed by all the family.
